Nothing is risky because price is fractal and it will move in the same manner on every time frame and If you know how to trade at every time frame then you can check those areas of h4 and trade them on m5 and even m1 chart for small risks but usually price move to test the areas and have predetermined target and that is why price never keep moving in the same direction as it often test broken areas and that always keeps traders interested and they are ready to scalp if they their might be a scalping opportunity on the cards for small risk and huge potential to target the origin and it is worth to take that scalp.

I think it's safe for short term only, and who is do it with cool mind and doing it short time only i mean, 3 pips max 10 pips it's enough for scalp. and who is do scalping with loon term it's like greedy, he or she is a loser.

Scalping is safe in my point of view, you open a position and exit quickly with profits.. Most of the time when scalping the market, you trade with the trend.. The disadvantage of scalping is that one losing trade can erase your profits.. But with good money management, discipline, strategy and psychology, you can be profitable with this type of trading..
