when we loss in this business we learn many thing from this loss . es sy ap ko bht kuch sikkny ko milta hai ap ny jo galti es main ki hoti hai ap wo galti dubara ni krty or ap ko es main expriencegain krny ka moka bi milta hai .........

We can not avoid loss when we join this market .we lost money we will get more experience to avoid these losses later and get more profit.we can do with them,we loss very big that will be very bad for us to recover it back.

i also book loss in my lot of trades after loss i get myself more concious about my trades so i think sometime loss is good but not in big value

So my suggestion this not do thatbetter find out where the lacking isif needed namely i need to pass an abject moment and feel chagrin for my maladroit in trading then Mostly failed is not to fault in strategy but due to fault in usage of strategy so next time i care about that after all When i feel ready i open position once again and hope it will be profitable rencies are completely decoupled with stock markets

Rather than education alone plays a role in the loss of negative emotion such as zlken also greed which in turn leads to loss and also feeling balslbeho nervousness
