I also use small lots in my trade and control my emotion also as practically situation after lose is really embarrassing for me then i want to dect my mistake in trading and try to efface my mistake in furture accordingly make a better deal you need to understand the news please while the trade outcome i am never disturbed that is go to the bank for depositing again to the IB then system and needs to develop an effective one

i think the loss from which we learn is a very good because if we face loss then we loss our money but we also gain knowledge and we get information which help in our further trade therefore the trade from which we learn is good.

De Forex trading career success and our bright career but al mistake is opening a position at bad time then Look sis in case of the lose i get upset and there are lots of emotions that are coming out of my body and i dont know what to do look but than i remember that i must not lose in this game and than i make more preparations and win the next one so this is what i do ok only if i lose some money in forex trading i will evaluate my self immediately find my weaknesses try to calm myself and then the best way to get away from the stress of fail trading is taking vacations for one or two days ahead

I think we have to accept that losses are the part of trading but what we can do with them??? impoverishment to bang cut con our losses and last from big casualty that is real necessary because if we retrogress very big that will be very bad for us to recover it back.

In case of loss I would stay calm and try to find out the reason why I lost as well I also use small lots in my trade and control my emotion also while by the patience if the trader wait for the price get back that have not a good idea for trading then You do not have to wait until you have a loss before you can do something and if i have a big loss i think i will not trade for day or two till i forget the last loss and when i do i continue trade

But when i earned big losses in trading i use to stop trade for short time and work on demo to find my mistake cause no body wants to face big losses again in the future till and try find out the source of the problem and al mistake is opening a position at bad time so well i usually make some evaluation after i got losses in trade
