For me in case of loss; i stop trading for this day and try to control my emotion i also try to find my mistake and do not retry it again only in a single trade if my trade goes against me and i get loss then i try to detect the reason and mistake then i try to avoid this mistake in next time as well Then you go for another position and see what happens after all The things that I do to save my account from loss is doing martingale

I am loose so many times than profit and after loose i always say myself calm down and work hard and start again with new hope and also say if i angry a lot and give up forex then i will be a looser only as well if i lose some money in forex trading i will evaluate my self immediately find my weaknesses try to calm myself and then the best way to get away from the stress of fail trading is taking vacations for one or two days ahead

We all trader should remove our loss stress from mind as soon as possible namely Do not hate your losses rather they will make the way of success try to find out the cause of loss and try to solve it this is the only way of learning Forex be calm during the trade but do not take preparation of taking of revenge but first of all i decide to stop trading and cancel or my modified orders then i start to fix my trading's strategy which i depend on it to know what is the wrong in it that's led me to lose these pips finally if this strategy still don't work well with me i decide to stop trading with it and search for new one
