i think we did not gone to make any loss by ourself. we have to face it during our trading for different reason that we can control. every loss is must have a reason so we can analyzed the reason and avoid it in next time to reduce the same king of loss in our trade. so every trade is a lesson for us to make our trading better in future.
and we have to acceot that losses are the part of trading but what we can do with them. want to know cut short our lossess and suvive form big loss that is very necessar we can not avoid loss when we join thsi market. but when we lost money we will get more experience ot avoid.

For me in case of loss; i stop trading for this day and try to control my emotion i also try to find my mistake and do not retry it again only in a single trade if my trade goes against me and i get loss then i try to detect the reason and mistake then i try to avoid this mistake in next time as well Then you go for another position and see what happens after all The things that I do to save my account from loss is doing martingale

I agree with this statement my friend. I do not get sad or depressed when I face a loss.
