We use stop loss to help us from lossing all our money just in case the market goes against us. The forex market is not predictable we just speculate and try our best to follow through.

Of course when you trade with big leverage and utlise most of available margin there remain chance that our trade go in more loss and we lose every buck of our capital, and in that case using stop loss we may correct our mistake by losing only few pips and closing the trade.

I would say that the diffrence between the professional trader and non professional trader is the risk management . so the professional trader wont take too many risks and would use the stop loss option .. why not it is a great tool to have....!!!

Yes,you are right taking.when a apply stop lose think take care not auto close trade early some pips lose.traders not take risk so there almost set stop lose some pips lose then trade close.But wait some time because market will be again reverse.it's all time not work.and totally not work for low capital trade.

Stop losses are very useful for trading the market.. You should always use stop loss to trail your profit until it reaches your profit target.. You should use stop loss because anytime the market can reverse with swing trading strategy.. With short term, you just have to place take profit target, but stop loss is used to protect your profit as well..

Ya thats the reason why most trader fails in forex trading.They though that setting stop loss is a fool one cause price should come back again in his initial entry but he can though thought nothing is guaranteed in forex trading.Before coming in his initial price level his account may sink in the sea,most trading opportunity he may loss.Thats why they go down.
