I think there are always times that we find trading hard. The best thing to do is to take a break and return to it. Make sure you have stops to exit your trades so you can come back to it and don't get caught up trading all the time.

May be But I trade for long and medium terms so I dont care about market movement on small levels .I avoid news to avoid tension .Market moves randomly during News and I also quit my EA during news.I think If you are consistent in your trading You dont have that much tension.

We should use stop loss because we can't make 100% right analysis. we use stop loss because we can't make profit at the time. So we need stop loss to reduce our risk, to minimize our loss then we dont need to get stop out
