How much need to invest in forex?

I think we should not invest as much money that we can not afford to lose, we need to trade with proper understanding of the market and we have to trade with discipline and if we can trade with confidence only then we can make good money.

It is depends on the experiences, I think if we can trade with proper knowledge only then we can make money and according to our knowledge and experiences we can invest as much as we can afford to lose.
