I think using bonuses for investing and trading is good for beginners , because they can experience live trading with ease and if they lose the bonus they won't get too sad , but they have to be careful that this is all real.

That is the good decision and i don't think like this way as before. so it should make a concern that in mini leverage that invest for long term gold or so. also it should make a concern that the executed price should in reasonable one price.

yeah, its good idea for investing bonus into commodities or future goods for long term profit but make sure that you will use low leverages like 1:5 or 1:10 maximum and enough capital to play with such metals. And enter position into metals only when you seems to be some strong signal, otherwise may fall into trouble too.
