I think you have good idea to bonus invest in precious metal like gold and silver for long term because it is very profitable for long time and you should take low leverage before trading and it's volatily is high more than other.

I have a thought in my mind, that instead of trading daily or short term, would not it be wise to invest the bonus in precious metals like gold and silver at these levels for long term. Yeh we should not use higher leverage for that but i think 1:5 leverage would be most safe.

And by doing this we can expect 5 times the profit due to long term price appreciation.

If you use only 1:5 leverage it is really difficult to trade with large volume.But when you could not use large volume for trading it not give you handsome profit.I think first you decorate your money management system in well then you invest and trade.But leverage not so less.I think 1:200 to 1:400 is ideal leverage for forex trading.
