Which one is better to trade " futures " or " option '"

Okay my first investment was with forex and I felt fascinated by all the market moving all the direction , but then cam options and I thought, okay maybe these is where I put fear aside since the trade once entered you cannot exit until time expires, so I invested 100$ but at some point, the hundred was gone, , in a time span of about an hour ,my deposit was gone, I got furious because I thought these was a genius new way to which we could be able to make some good money but losing money that fast, so I think according to me, futures are better, you stay longer, you analyse longer that's how these market is, but I think options you either have it or you don't, and that to me is a really tough choice to handle.

I think that we are work the market future and option. In my thinking that we are need the good planning than we are able to work the market any items or option. Than we are able to earn the money regular in this market. Those are interested in this market. They should be work the market with knowledge an skill base.

well it depends on what you see but for me I think that
you can exchange both with initial capital but I prefer to trade forex with money reason that I really like forex and can easily give me more. money rather than options, unlike trading options are also not good for trading but you can always do that when you have enough money to trade
