Which one is better to trade " futures " or " option '"

i dont have enough knowledge of trading futures or options and so i find it worth to trade on in cash semant, it is as easy to understand as buying on low prices and selling on higher.

in my opinion i think option is better because you do all trade on same day you don't waiting another day to see if your trade make your goals or not .there are trader use this method and make order trailing stop to next day but i don't like this method

Among future and options i have little understanding of trading futures and pption i never tried with - i like to trade in cash segement in stock market and spot forex and that i find less risky and easy.

I advise you to trade in forex options than futures as in futures you have to make prediction of price that cross the level but in options you have to predict only it will rise or fall.
