hello my dear friend well according of my opinion, swing trader most used that person who cant stay watching in forex every day,they must have good timing to entry.
usually they wait after price are in extreme level,very low or high price, so make a good capital management.

It think the proper time is when the american session is open, in that time the market is very volatile and you can do some good offer and get some good profit. and also the london session is the best , In general the best time to trade is the opening of the amercian session and london session.
