Bhai mujhe to samjh mein nahi aata hai ki itne high capital ko aap kaise blow kar sakte hai, aapne ismein MM use nahi kiya hoga islie high risk trading karke apne loss kiya, ye ek badiya capital hai bhai jisse aap trading kar sakte hai.

check the volatility of the market as well - gold is very volatile compared to forex pairs.
if you want to recover 1000$ then dont think it wil be done overnight.
it will take days/months depending on your balance
all i would say is to not repeat the mistakes you have done.
use strategies, be persistent , disciplined and follow a strict trading plan.

Abi tak to many 1000$ loss nahi kiya forex ma but mari opinion ye hai kay ap wo strategy banay jo forex study kay mutabik ho or forex ki education hasil karny kay bad ap khud ba khud aisi strategy banany kay able ho jaty hain kay ap ko profitable strategies mil jati hain jo kay bhot hi true or achi sabit hoti hain.

Fix a maximum hour to trade daily as per your trading style and i would suggest to use the stop loss and take profit targets in each and every positions. and look for small profits and try to accumulate it instead of chasing after big profits learn from your own mistakes

Profit and loss is common thing in Forex. No one can know the actual movement of Forex trading. So it is not possible that we can make profit all the time. But $1000 is a huge amount. So if we want to trade in Forex with huge amount we first need to gain knowledge and experience about Forex. Because it is a risky market. And a huge loss can move our life to different way. So first we should practice in demo account.

$1000 ka loss bohat bara loss hota hai my friend is main ap ko abi complete strategies ke sath trading karni chaye or apne emotional pe 100% control rakhna chaye q ke next time ap itna bara loss na kro even ap ko nuqsan ho rha hai tb bi ap choti hi lot use kro.
