There are two ways to use the stop loss but I will recommends you to use the stop loss on the resistance and the support of the market.Another way to use it that we may use according to price action and stop loss should be less then the take profit in marke.

in my opinion stop loss is very essential for forex trading . if u dont use the tool them ur account will blow off...always place stop loss doublr ur take profit ...if u place take profit for 40 pips then place stop loss for 80 pips
