It depends on what you think about short time, and depend on the trader's capital as well. An experienced trader can earn money, while a newbie in 90% can not, and it is a big difference. forex is not a quick way to earn money it is a long process for a newbie to earn quick in forex but those who experienced traders and has large amount of capital then it is a quick way for them to make money.
