Just control yourself,that means control your emotions.That is enough to act best in situation.To control your mind you can practice the mind control system,self-hypnosis,yoga etc.You can learn this in internet.

i dont try to congquer forex market.. itry to trade as the price moving.. a follow trend if any, i swing trade on every ptice movement.. The one thing i should know before entering the market is, what fundamental is on situation, how the price action for that fundamental, and how many volume occurs in that time.. then i view the chart's movement.. the range on every candle stick, and the volume, wether it strong or weak between buyers and sellers.. and discipline..

When trading, I try not to dream. I focus on the chart, and do not think the profit or loss. I tried to trade without emotion, and tried to suppress the fear. I'm trading in pairs that I know.

True, when we trding should not think too much about profit or lose, but think how we could be trading in accordance with the trading plan we have set, so try to trade with discipline and trying to control your emotions in order to trade in accordance with what we expect

i think that if we want to act best at a certain situation , then first of all, we need to know that how to control our emotions and do not trade blindly and always try to make a good plan for our trading...secondly, if we learn more and more about forex trading, then we can act well in different forex situation ......
