To control some of your habits, emotions, fear so that you can act best as per particular situation and take appropriate action in forex trading it would be best if learn to control/change yourself.
There is a famour saying "all change must first take place on the inside". you have to first change how you feel and behave in a given situation, change these Internal Representations, and you shall be able to conquer.

I think the bold is the most difficult in forex trading. . i thought you give an advice about controlling myself, controlling the emotion inside me and also the greedy - fearn inside my mind.
But, you just mention that we must control ourself from the inside out by controlling / change myself. it is a little blur so that it is not clear about your point.

to change the action that i will do, I'm still having trouble even though I did it in the demo, because not all the movements that I have met all the same, today I saw a favorable movement and if I go I can be able to profit even though I did it in the demo, but if see the same movement and I go, I'd get a loss.
