1:1000 leverage is it really worth using?

I cannot understand why some people using 1:1000$ leverage while your account become more risky due to this. Look in a cents account you buy .1 lot for 17 cents capital and as 10 pips is spread you enter into 10 cents loss .. now if prices move down 7 pips your account get burst and if prices move up by 10 pips you dont earn and it is from 11th pip onlward that you start earning.

It is not leverage that can cause a blow to our account but it is the lot size which have affect on our account. The higher lot size we would take the higher risks of losing or winning fast money would be there. So I think we should learn how to use the lot size properly. If we have $100 amount then we must not take over 0.05 lot size with lite account.

it is really worth using for the traders that are having very small accounts like 100 dollars or so. the major portion of the amount is used in the trade if we make use of the lower leverages

this is good leverage. but with change of one pip with a trade of 0.01 you get only one cent. you have to play big trades with this. If you want to earn more

yes my brother, it's true that a large leverage is very risky for your account, you will lose all your money if the direction is against you, I think the right levers are between 1: 100 to 1: 500, the risk is somewhat reduced but remember not to use a large volume.

In my experience in forex trading I think that 1:100 leverage is best for forex trading. Many trader want to use more leverage and many trader use 1:2000 leverage but it is more dangerous for newbie if a trader have more and more expert then High leverage is good.

Well you don't need to trade on such high spread as EU has the lowest spread and it is perfect for a newbie to use high leverage because he does not have large funds and leverage can give him good chance to make decent profits with small amount.

in one way it's very risky but it depend also on a lots of factors like how mouche the balace is and the trader works with risks on hes job and the the perferct laverage which almost of poeple use is 1/500
