1:1000 leverage is it really worth using?

its not even worth using in the market if you do not have enough money to invest in the market but i think the best is 1:300 which is worth using in the market everyday as you trrade.

I cannot understand why some people using 1:1000$ leverage while your account become more risky due to this. Look in a cents account you buy .1 lot for 17 cents capital and as 10 pips is spread you enter into 10 cents loss .. now if prices move down 7 pips your account get burst and if prices move up by 10 pips you dont earn and it is from 11th pip onlward that you start earning.

1:1000 leverage is very good to use to get started. because we can use it as a tool to ease the money. most brokers only offer 1:500 leverage. actual leverage of 1:300 is sangatbaik for us to use in trading.

so guys if i have leverage 1:1000 and i have in my account 20$ what is the margin that will be used to open a trade with 0.01 as the lost lot size ?

the 2nd quiz is if i open a trade with 0.1 what margin will be used?

Hey guys!! Not the leverage makes you risk. Yes, higher leverage is more worthy for traders lower capital. Why? The reason is very simple: The size of your risk taking is not equals to your size of your leverage, but do with your positions size.
What is more risky??
If a trader has 1:200 leverage and has 20 dollars on his/her account, and has a single position 0.1 lot in minus with 10 dollars OR
If a trader has 1:1000 leverage and has 20 dollars on his/her account, and has a single position 0.1 lot in minus with 10 dollars ??

That trader who has the account with 1:200 takes the higher risk in this case. Why? Because he/she will get margin call much sooner, than the other one. The 1:1000 leverage user trader will be able to keep his/her position longer time. That is the leverage.... The positions size is the importnat, not the leverage.

never using low leverage if your trading capital was so small it is as 1:500 or 1:200 is fine it will t help to position the back more, but the risk is not very high but in general the leverage is a two hand weapon a very risky leverage can make you much profit as soon as you can lose all the money in my opinion an average leverage dand

people will invest only to gain huge profit in less period but most of the time so many people lose instead of gaining any profit.so we have to be careful when using such huge leverage . nice job............

if your account is low a few pips movement against your position can wipe the account easily. Even a big balance account can face MC in case of a trend against the position due to high leverage. thanks.......

i ike to trade with 500 leverage. bcz i trade with 6 month so far n now understnd the 500 leverage well. but my target is use high leverage like 2000 but currently no one offered rthis much. only highest leverage available is 1000 and offered by insta (dont know who else offered this much) and soon il try with this leverage with little money like 20-50 maximum. just understand the risk factor of this.
