yes, why now? i always use this leverage in my trading. as long as my capital still less than $1000 i will use this leverage to trade in instaforex. except if we cant trade using this leverage, then i will trade with lower leverage, but as long as i can trade with higher leverage, i will trade with this leverage

Yes i think you are right high leverage is too much risky people can use it but they not know about this completely so they do this i always use 1:100 $ leverage.
