according to my experience the leverage is very risky to use it because it can help you to loss all your capital or earn a a big amount in a few hours that's We have to improve use the leverage.
and i think all depent from strategy, we use 1:1000 if we have small deposit but want to get big profit, if we have good strategy to get profit that is great, but more better we dont so greedy in forex trading, more better use standart leverage like 1:100 and just trade with 2% from our balance.

yes as you said high leverage means high risk but why trade a pair which has 10 pips as spread?..i never trade a currency pair which has more than three spread and even now for me three spreads are also high and so i will now plan to trade oil because oil has zero spreads hence our profit increase by 3 pips more..thanks..

I don't take such a risk to trade with such high leverage. i like to make a small but steady income. i don't want to get rich soon. therefore i use low leverage . But some people try to get big amount of money very quickly. But they don't consider the consequences most of the time. And if you are going to trade with lower capital with such a larger leverage there is high chance that you loose your money.
