no, that s crazy money management.... for example if you hits your SL for once it means you have to made 20 times profit to make it back
i think you can use 1:5 or 1:3 for SL and TP
i think you should learn for more about money management so you able to set your own SL and TP deppend on your strategy and trading style

200 pips stop loss was too much for use when compared with the amount of TP only 10 pips, that's too much contrast and irrational. Ideally between TP and SL has an ideal comparison, such as 50: 50 or more.
