many strategy to exit from a losing position, you can use martingel strategy to get out of a losing position, this strategy requires good money management, due to errors in the number of lots will bring you in more losses. or if you are on the hedging position, strategy break out very reliable to get out of your losses.

Martiangel to me very dangerous. I say that because I did not know in depth about Martiangel. I've used the strategy in pairs GU martiangel. Time Frame base that I used for the analysis is H1. Trading strategies with the Buy Low and Sell High. So use the Calculation of Support and Resistance Pivot Point and Fibonancy. Take Profit I took about 40 and SL 20. I set up the capital to 10 Level. an exit strategy is usually forgotten traders. some of the methods exit like the placement of the stoploss and cut losses. I prefer to cut loss if I am sure that the entry I was doing wrong.

good exit strategy could reduce the bad effect of our previous bad entry point, so it's like having an equal tools that can cover up each side's flaws. in some cases, the exit point strategy could save us from being greedy, the ultimate emotion problem during our trade sessions.

useful information for me. I myself often make SL 30-50 as standard risk if my guess was wrong. While TP 2x SL. but I still often Loss. I'm still looking for a good formula. Thanks.

1. Three bars after entry move your SL to B.E (break even)
2. When another bar has formed, count from the new bar 3 bars a back (lets call it bar X).
3. Place your SL at the low of (bar X) for buying positions or at the high of the (bar X) for shorts

Yes these three points should be tajen into care by all the traders here. cause we always close our positions even if we have a good potential in it. again I think we should trade with small lots to trade for a big sl and tp.

in forex trading the exit of trade is depend on trading way.
for long term trading we can exit when our strategy give us signal for close but in scalping trading we must close our trading after getting some pips.
i normally close my trade with 6pips take profit i do not wait for more.

exit strategy that is too fast, you're the type who only takes advantage scalper under 10 pips and if consistent with the large lots that I think does not matter, as long as it is consistent with that used this strategy in order to generate returns commensurate with the existing balance

i see that if the trader can identify the exit point for their trading then they can maximize their earning with close their order early or wait until get the maximum profit
