Reason for stop loss if you know price will return after some time?

Everyone really never wants to use stop loss so I also always think that the price will return soon or the price will touch my stop loss and come back again. If the market reverses more but that does not mean that the trader must place a stop loss too tight or close. and of course having a stop loss will increase the security measure for our trade and with the grace of a stop we will not lose more than the amount determined by the stop loss. We will feel cheated by the market if after hitting a stop loss, the price rises above our purchase price, so in my view, we have to make sure that the stop loss is set at a level which if broken will change traders' sentiment and expect a sharp decline in prices so we can buy the instrument at the lower level.

I have never used stop loss. because I know that the price will return to my position. but some stop time loss is very useful. the last day the eur / usd market is down 90 pips in 5 minutes. so if you think that the price will not reach its position you will use stop loss and provide catch loss is something that someone has done because it reduces the risk and loss for a bidder. Simultaneously if the price shows substance, there is also the possibility that the price can surpass the level of labial loss and the seller will decrease slightly.

yes my dear friend you are that if we use the stop loss then our account will be saved and but the difficulty is that to recover loss is very difficult therefore there is no need to use stop loss

sing stop loss is always best as it reduces the risks and losses for a trader.Even if the prices return back there are also chances that prices can go beyond the levels of stop loss and the trader will suffer less loss.

We may be sure that the price will be come back after some wandering , but nothing is sure in Forex market and any thing can happen anytime here. so we need to be cautious in our trading and hence we should not forget the setting stop loss in our position if not atleast hedging should be done to protect the account.
