Experience and Pratice are best teacher, and so i give highest importance to it. You cannot master by barely studying theories rather those do practice and try their own strategies often are able to improve their skills and ultimately start making profit.

The more we do trading with real account the more valuable experience we get and this is very much valuable for the traders who use it effectively to learn and improve upon the strategy followed, analysis carried out etc. Hence trading only can help us more than simply reading books and articles.

Trade the real account is important. But you must remember to trade only with cent account if you are still practicing the trade or demo account to improve strategy. Trade directly in real account without know the beginner stage like that only lead us to loss.
