In my opinion, the first 6-14 months as traders have used to learn how to trading properly. You have to trade with a very small position size and more focused on understanding how markets work and develop your trading plan rather than worrying about making big money. Most beginners get out of trading in the first 3 months, and the majority of those who left were kicked out of the market within one year. However, one thing is seen from a novice trader to survive more than a year are usually the ones who do not care about getting rich quickly on these timescales.
