i prefer to use the stop loss and i move it is to cover my trade when ever it is already in profit so i wont lose what i have earned, you can also use trailing stop to trail it

I guess if you've set your stop loss then no need to use a trailing stop and vice versa, because I think both of these have the same function, wherein the trailing stop is a dynamic version of the stop loss.
