Why there is big spread in Gold?

Bi spread gives you a good profit so it is gold. I can say you should be more careful in the time of trading.

I noticed that usually currency pairs have 2-3 pips spread but in gold it is biggest 10 pips, do you know why so. Bt i do love trading in gold despite this huge spread there is good opportunity to make profit.

Looking orally gold spread looks big but considering the trade value and percentage of spread we pay for trading i think it will come to lowest, we are merely charged 1$ for 1572 trade value at current levels so it should be merely .06%, while other pairs if we calculate the percent it would be bigger than gold.

I think only gold has no big spread in instaforex broker. I see there are lot of currency available who have big spread then gold. I think that pair are more violated and they move more pips a day so they have big spread.

When you will see the spread of other different commodities and currency pair you will find one thing common that spread is almost bigger in the currencies and commodities which have less trades and their valuesare high.

if I notice any difference greater dispersion in gold may be this is influenced by the movement of gold is much greater in every day in comparison with the currency movements due to the movement of gold every day reach 2000 pips

Big spread gives good amount of profit at a time. So every trader usually uses gold trade.
But I may say it is good in one aspect and bad in other aspect.
