This question is one which i can't always answer, and this is because, most times i can't calculate all that i have lost in trading. Most of the bonus which i got, i lost them. And my personal deposits too, i ended up losing them all. So the lost amount is too much to mention. i had lost $100 in about two hour trading it was Friday afternoon,but then i deposit again $200 and get several time of profit from there and i withdraw them without compounding my capital,and then i loss again my $200 because i multiply the lot hoping to get more profit ( i was using EA ).So total i have loss $300.but i have withdraw my profit about $150.

optimism is indeed very important. does not matter how jumalh losses we have experienced. the most important thing we've got a lot of lessons through the losses we have experienced. because that's what we are learning in this forex business. we will always learn from every loss and the mistakes we made, because that's where we will better know the part that we have to improve the way we trade.

well i can't really say the amount i have lost in the forex trading but i know its not how far but how well because am still in the learn process and i know very soon i will be at the winning side of the trading and gain back all my money that have been lost in the forex market thats i know is the way forward in the trading I was not able to count how many times lost. because I still experience losses in trade, and forget how much loss I experienced. I'm just trying to correct the mistakes that made ​​me lose, and try to learn to improve trading skills in order to earn more profits to cover losses .

abhi tak to main demo account pay practice kar rahi hun or mujhe abhi tak koi loss nahi hua. trading kar ke kafi maza ata hai. demo account main main achi trading kar lati hun or mujhe profit zaida hota hai but farq itna hai ke woh profit main use nahi kar sakti. first time when i start my trading business i get some loss for my business but when i learn more for trading business i feel much better for my benefit. so every one should to try understand for his losing position.

well l can say that l have lost more than l won.l think have invested more or less 5000 usd from my bank account to different forex accounts and l gain maybe %50 of that money.so it means l won 2500 usd and l lost 5000 usd.so l am still a loser.that is why l am working hard to recover my loss first then l want to close each month with profit. I have lost about $120 till today.Last night i have made a loss of $98.It is really frustrating to me.I can not think about my losing.I am really very upset.Now my equity has been reduced and at any time, my account may be zero.So i am very tensed.Such a loss, i have not made in my Forex life.So all the new traders, i suggest all of you that don't be greedy.It is not a place of over smartness.
