We don't need to watch our account and trade's status every second. Just make a trade using a reliable strategy and then keep quite until it touches stop loss or take profit. Don't try to made modifications , just rely on your strategy and never become emotional, because its a great account killer.

if using stop loss and take profit, it will be more convenient and do not need to have to look at the position every second. but different trading strategies different then also how to trade. there is a strategy that requires us to look at our position at any time, for example scalping strategy. but of course it all depends on how we could feel comfortable in forex trading.

yes dear its very important because most of time our trades revers very fast and within few seconds its move in profit and loss area so if we remain watching the open trades then we can close any time when we feel that its best for our capital

In fact, my dear I definitely do believe that we need to watch the trade sometimes to see the trade go on the track or go against our trade. If we see the trade is in the wrong side then we need to close the trade immediately to stop more loss. We need to be clear on our trade and need to understand the trend.

i can stay away from trade but not for too long am a high lot trader. and have to always be on my system to make sure we do not loss trade just because of our obsence
