No you do not have to watch evrey time you open new position but you may look every while just to check but if you cant it is okay all you need to do is to make make sure you have really studied the currencies and make sure there is no news about them ahead, also analyse you charts very well and the most important thing for long time trading never choose big lot and never forget to sit your stop loss.

I think we spend a lot of time by just waiting for a position that breaking it will make us become saturated, for me the way as it is not an effective way for a good trade for me was to give all the effort that we have done to the market, let alone market who answered all, because if we trade with a trade plan that is right and good, we will get a satisfactory result for us

Not necessarily, just set Stop loss and take profit according to the target that you tend to get and rest then because your trades will then be automated.
