Jab tak humara position open rahta hai tab tak humen market se offline nahin hona chahiye, agar humen kisi reason se offline bhi hona hota hai to humen chahiye ki hum apne trades me stop loss aur take profit laga kar market se offline ho.

I find that we really have to keep watching and the controlling the trade we are still open, as if there is something that we want, we can do tndakan quickly, as do cut loss or increase the volume of the trades, I personally could not rested as if there open position, and I would always controlling the trade in its !!

Certainly that there no necessity to keep looking at your open trades it will change nothing just open a traded as putted as stop loss and take profit and relaxed and do yours as other work .you can check after a hour or so it will avoid tensions !!!

dont do this very much because it will cause you plenty of pressure and stress but it is okay to follow the direction of the price especially when you work on big frames
daily and 4h frame but if you are doing a scalping , you have to be always there because you are trading for very short term

if you have big investment in forex then you trade open with out stop loss other wise not because you have many chance to win the trade and earn a money .
