I see that if you keep an eye continuously on the market movement you can understand the market conditions and you will know where a particular pair is taking support. If you put stop loss value then you need not to watch the market continuously.You need to watch the chart at the time when you are going to open trade. But after open traded as you should put stop loss or taked as a profit according to your analyses. After apply this no need to keep eyes on markets !
