What is your perfect stop loss plan and take profit plan while trading?

well i really don't use stop loss and take profit because when i trade i don't do any other thing and i keep sitting in front of the screen in order to observe the trends. And i think it depends upon the trade to trade if you have chosen to take high volumes and you need to set take profit and stop loss accordingly.

for me the perfect stop loss is at least 25 pips but the imperative thing before doing the trade is that I, personally watch the market trends before making the trade and that is very help full to me and this is the perfect stop loss and take the profit plan
