I think RSI is the best indicator for prediction of oversold or overbought condition of currency pairs. Besides this I use Accumulation Distribution indicator which is very I found to understand the overbought or oversold condition. You can try with these indicators.

I use slow stoch coupled with bressert dss for identifying oversold and overbought conditions. However, as you may be well aware of, crossing 80 in slow stoch does not necessarily mean that we can short as the condition is bullish. It has to form lower highs. The inverse is true for a buying condition. Infact, when a counter enters 80-100 slow stoch zone, it picks up momentum. Till the retrace is confirmed, we should not go short. I have successfully practiced and currently adopting the same for my trades.

you try to use momentum indicators to determine the direction of price trend, I always use this indicator on each currency pair with a value of 20 and level 100 to determine when the trend up and trend down, very simple and good luck
