Yes i'm agree with you. good strategy is more prefered rather than large capital. if we have good strategy it's not impossible we'll get the proper capital in shorter time, but without good strategy, even a large capital can decrease slowly.

Fine . I think capital is very important . But large capital is not very important . If anyone ask me to judge the best between large capital and good strategy ,i will vote the good strategy . It is the most important think that is needed for business.
