Sir For me all the time that the markets is open there is the best time that you can do your trading and making money that you wanted but there are more than one thing that you have to know like the movement of the pair that you have choose and you want to trade.

If you are a competitive investor, scalping in a 5 minute period of time will be very good for you. But if you are an ordinary investor, not competitive but not traditional, 30 minutes-1 hour of your time might be very good for you. I don't think there is a good time frame, but the ideal time frame for all traders is the H1 time frame. when you trade on the H1 time frame, don't forget to look at the D1 and Mountly time frames. because the time frame is connected and can be made in reference to open positions in the H1 time frame. and the best time frame in Forex trading varies greatly.
