What is the best time frame to trade??

Hi member, the best time frame I think is 4 Hours chart. why do I choose this time frame?
I chose this time frame because I can see the big picture about the forex market.
When I was in the Forex School, my teacher told me about the benefits of this time frame.

timeframe requirements according to how they trade. Scalper may be like a small time frame,

in the trading business i use H4 and H1 both are the best time frame some time i use M30 tiem frame when i iam short time trading this is the best trading frame in the short term trading when i use long term trading i use than H4 time frame and watching the market best movement and earning best money in the trading job

The choice of time frame depends on trader trading techniques because some traders like to trade
in volatile conditions and some traders want to trade in a non volatile condition. I think at
