There is no the best period of your time for dealing, I think. Because it is rely on your stlye dealing. If you an competitive investor, scalping in 5minutes period of your time will be excellent for you. But if you a average investor, not competitive but no traditional either, 30minutes-1hour period of your time maybe excellent for you. But if you a lengthy lasting investor, period of your time above 4hours may be appropriate for you.

I think we are not only to watch small time frame. Because we are need to wider our view. If we are just see the small time frame, and know about minor trend it will be dangerous if we are do not make attention to high time frame. Because usually minor trend will back to the major trends. So we are always need other time frame to know the dominant trend. If we are wrong on our small time frame we still need to watch the high time rrame.

I think, if we are smart trader, we will use all time frame, because we are need good view from many side of time chart to make better analyze. we are know if forex is really hard to predict. I dont agree to you my dear because i think its depends on the traders yourself that what is the best time to trade here for you. I think if you have more knowledge about it and to know that how to trade here, it is the best time to you to trade. besides, before trade, if you learn and practice more, i think it is the time to you to trade here. So it is the best time to trade,when you know that you are perfect that trade.
