What is the best time frame to trade??

All the forex time frames can be profited from but the best as i have observed in the market is the higher time frames like 4 hours , daily and weekly , trading them gives more profits , they are not easily affected by news , and one can enjoy a strategy developed on such time frames especially price actions

I trade using the appropriate time frame in which the clock news released. if the news was released as at H1, I will follow the H1 time frame. if it appeared in the 50th minute, then I'll wear M5 time frame. so also if it appears in another time frame

I think the best time frame is M1. because when you are trading in M1, you do not need to wait in long time. but your TP can be a very long. only 10 pips

I think that trading the right way using the appropriate time frame, if we want scalping then we use m1, M5, M15, and if we want to use for trading long term we use m30.h1, h4 and d1 we can use monthly trading with a target for 500-1000 pips, but we must be ready to risk respectively.

I guess for better trading timings the time frames are matters too much. I like to trade within the 15min time frames for scalping and sometimes I use 4hrs time frames as well. We can use any kind of time frame anytime. we just need to make money no matter what.
