for time frame you should ask for your self, what you want to do with your trading, if you want to scalping or shortterm trading you should use H1 timeframe and lower
if you want to trade longterm trading you will need H1 and bigger time frame for trade

I see that H4 time frame is the best time frame for doing forex trade. because H4 time frames as a show the markets as a conditions as a properly and take any dicession in easily for use H4 time frames !!

Different trader use different time frame in forex trading.Most of trader use 1 hour and 4 hour time frame. And some trader use long time frame like week or month. But i use ihr and 4hr time frame to trade.
