All key inside you. if you have enough experience and have enough passion then observing market properly and following the latest market movement try 1 hour time frame.On the other hand,if you think low marginal profit in short time and want low risk free trade then go for 15 min time frame.

good question.in my opinion if you are a scalper then you may trade at any time during that calendar day after closely analysing the trend however if you look for small profits in short period of time that you must know that you may start trading right after the us market opens.i have seen many forex traders going for trades when the us market opens.

I can add to this thread that each traders may used as a different timeframes as because the techniques as may also be used so differently, but I often looked at the daily timeframe as meliaht a daily trend and a movement patterns at each session on H4 timeframe and execution on H1 timeframe or M15, and this can be done with extreme care careful not to be trapped in the floating market losses !

in my point of view here is no time limit.market is not depend on time it is depend on currency value or countries situation.which pair we use for trade like if we use euro usd than it depend on here counties situation.

all is the same time frame, depending on the trading system that will be used, if we want to do long-term trading, we can use a larger time frame, very different if we did scalping, we have to use a smaller time frame

Time frame I use is H1, this makes it easier to read charts per day, use the time frame depends on the trader's own, if you are a day trader please use a smaller time frame. and if you are a long term trader please use a larger time frames such. D1, W1 or M1
