there is no best time frame for forex trading because this is a risky business and there are chances of loss if you try to find a constant or determined time for trade.you have to put trades when the market is in your favour.

the best trade time for the new comer is different and for the experience trade is different. The best trade for new comer is 2000 hrs to 2200 hrs for new comer according to the pakistani time and for experience the best trading time is 1000 hrs to 1200 hrs according to my thinking
