Moving averages are very good tools to find the trend direction and it is use in forex market broadly by the experienced and expert forex traders. I would suggest bollinger bands is among the best tool for a newbie to start trading. it gives clear picture of the market and it certainly will help them to decide how to open a position.

i never used momentum rotator actually ..but yes moving average is very common and very much useful indicators for everyone.fi we set up the moving average properly then we can catch the trend for long term ..but i don;t think moving average will give the solid signal for scalping or short term

Infact, i don`t knwo that i have a fun here that trades moving averages and can rate it at best too, i don`t no about the momentum, but moving average is very reliable indicator.
