Trend Line and Break Out.

I like breakout strategy but sometime a fake break is very terrible and become a nightmare for me. So, i decide to enter the trade after it got pullback from re-test level. We knew it very well, every breakout trendline will have a re-test for the broken TL.

I've seen a lot of people drawing a wrong trendline. To draw a trendline, you have use a line chart. And then from there you draw according to the peaks or the bottoms. Another thing to remember when trading trendline is that it is a zone not a single price.

Trendline is my favorite tool, the trendline we can see the limits of price movement, with the trendline we can see the direction of the trend (up, down or sideways) ..

the thing is that you have to be careful when you are trading breakout. because even if the price break the trendline it doesnt mean for sure the trend is broken. the support and resistance is actually more like a zone rathen than a line. so keep this in mind when you are trading a breakout.
