When I'm mentally disturbed I always listen to song and sometimes I do meditation, I know its very much difficult to come out from this but you surely will, always be positive, its not easy job and always do meditation that will help you to be stable when you are mentally disturbed and always read good stories about successful traders that will keep you motivated always
