Good thread, bro. I think that there is a also group of people who think tha trading iw a peace of cake so tey put their hard earned money on a trade and lose everything. i am trading with margin 50% is it bad or right approach for the trade most of the time i do scalping as i believe as staying long in the market will only lead me to loss i am still a beginner si i really don't have any idea regarding the perfect management of margin

if I prefer to use appropriate margins mathematical money management. with as I always do stop loss and take profit, so if I hit stop loss, I was still plenty of opportunities to trade with take profit targets that can cover the loss and profit.

You can prevent yourself from margin call . You don't use your all capital in trades if you want to save from margin call ever you spend peak 50% of capital in trades and when you feel you 10% investment consume in loss close your trades.

well, if you let your floating minus be bigger than your available margin, then your account will get margin called, duh. you must always be aware of the losing amount,what you can afford to lose. not the winnings. you need to stay in the market.

Experience is very necessary with good knowledge and basics as well. You can't get good experience until you have good knowledge. By theses factors we can enhance our skills and experience for trading.

i'm agree with the thread starter, it's depend on the traders type of strategy, cause if we use the same ratio for all type of strategy, some will lead to a loss and some more will maybe able to survive. Margin management has a closest relation with the capability of the traders to accept how much they can afford to loss in every trade they make. The bigger the acceptance then the margin usually also will be a wider. For newbie it's better to use not more than 2% risk for every trade.

i think experience is the mother of success without experience you can't be a good trader so if you want to be good trader in forex trade market then you have to make sure that you have proper experience about forex trad.

Well of course that I agree with you. i think that Margin level is very important and if not taken care of, it can blow your account. FOr this purpose use small lot sizes, stop loss and trade only in currencies.. A dealer needs to handle his lucre carefully and wisely and the physiologist way to do it is use money management skills..Thank for your post and Best luck!
