In my view its difficult to avoid emotions in trading you can consider it as a part of trading.I think the best way to avoid emotion is to use robots for trading otherwise human being cant trade without emotions. I also think that,It is better to keeping patient. Thanks..

I think trading all the time would definitely increase your level of expertise and experience i trading.Having said these ,i think a distinction should be drawn between trading at all times and over trading,although they make look similar but they somehow vary in application.

Emotional trading is trading base on sentiment and what you feel market will do not trading on the actual facts of market.This normally leads to reglect and losses because traders do not know when they trade on this devish feeling.As an experience trader,how do you think this can be stopped?

i think there is no such think that help you to control emotion.we are human being and emotions are our part we cannot avoid it.the only way to avoid emotion i think is self belief.always believe yourself that will help you a lot

Emotional trade can not be cured
but the trade will be diminalkan emotional, one way that I use is to shift attention to other activities, if the position is open so we better put Tp and left, so that our emotions are not disturbed

Your Emotion, it is only you who can Cure it.. no one can cure it for you. we know it is not easy to Cure it and you don't even know what to do. so, It is Important for you to keep Discipline and know your own mistake. no one will even care about your Emotion Problem..
