Every body has the same experience plenty of times.Some time due to greed our profit is converted in loss & some times our loss increase a lot that in the finish they realize that due to our greed they have suffered a lot.

When I joined this Forex market, I was having zero knowledge but due to luck ( I just create a position blindly and make around 20% profit in single trade) as I had taken a big lot by using higher leverage, I though next day I also can do the same thing and same amount of profit, but next day I got more than that , and third day I tried the same and lost whole of the money, because I tried to make my money double only 3 days I lost whole of my investment amount.
